Do I need an app to set it up:
Yes, two apps actually, but they are free and fast to set up. 

Do others need the apps to read the smart tag:
No. Once you have set it up anyone with an NFC enabled smartphone can tap and read.


📲 Step 1: Download HiHello, Blinq, or Popl from the your phones app store.

📝 Step 2: Set up your free account and create your free "card". Include things like:

-Child’s Name
-Parent/Guardian Phone Numbers
-Allergies or Medical Info
-A current photo (helpful for quick ID)

🔗 Step 3: Get Your Link!
Tap the Share button on your card. Copy the Share Link to paste into the NFC Tools App. 

🏷️ Step 4: Program Your Smart Tag
Download the free app NFC Tools from the App Store and write the new URL to your smart tag!  
Click the button for step by step instructions.
