Bulk Order Requirements:
To ensure the best value and efficiency for production, bulk orders require a minimum of 10 items or a $70 spend.
Secure, Contactless Drop-Off & Pick-Up
To protect the health and safety of our family and clients, we operate as a strictly no-contact, home-based studio. We have a secure drop box located right in front of our garage for your convenience.
How Our Process Works
Drop It Off: Place your item in the secure drop box and send us a quick text. We will retrieve it immediately so it is safe inside our studio.
Production: Our standard turnaround time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity of your custom engraving and our current production queue.
Review & Payment: Once your project is finished, we will send you photos of the completed work along with a digital invoice.
Pick It Up: As soon as the invoice is paid online, we will carefully package your item and place it back in the drop box for you to pick up at your convenience.
