Booking Agreement for Inscribed

Service Agreement: Inscribed by Jones Laser Craft

Deposit: A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure the event date.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Late Bookings: Events booked within 14 days of the date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

To ensure a successful activation, the Client/Venue agrees to provide:

Space: A minimum 10’ x 10’ level area for the setup.
Power: Access to a dedicated, grounded 110V/15A power outlet within 25 feet of the setup area.
Environment: A dry, sheltered area (if outdoors, a tent or overhead cover is required to protect the laser equipment from direct sunlight or precipitation).
Access: Permission for Jones Laser Craft to arrive 30 - 45 minutes prior to the event start time for load-in and calibration.

Pre-Approved Materials: Inscribed will only engrave materials pre-approved for laser safety (e.g., specific leathers, glass, wood, or coated metals).
Guest-Provided Items: If guests bring their own items to be engraved, Inscribed reserves the right to refuse service if the material is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the laser. Inscribed is not liable for replacement costs of guest-provided items in the rare event of a machine error.
Volume: We aim for maximum efficiency (approx. 60 seconds per item); however, we cannot guarantee a specific quantity of items if guest volume exceeds the hourly capacity or when using client provided materials or art.

Safety Zone: The laser is a Class 1 fully enclosed system, safe for public environments. However, guests must remain outside the designated "Technician Zone" for safety.
Insurance: Inscribed by Jones Laser Craft maintains full general liability insurance.
Damage: The Client is responsible for any damage to Inscribed equipment caused by guests or venue staff due to negligence or misconduct.

Cancellations: If the event is canceled more than 30 days out, $50 is forfeited, but no further balance is due. If canceled within 14 days, the full retainer of 50% is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate a date change, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of $100 may apply.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Inscribed reserves the right to take photos/video of the live activation and finished products for promotional and social media use.
