RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. 

We are ALWAYS willing to work with you to resolve any challenges that arise. Please take the time to contact us with questions or concerns before and after your purchase!

 

SHIPPING INSURED

All packages are insured. If an item is damaged in shipping, please send an image of the item and the packaging so that I may process a claim. Once I receive the images of both the item and the package I will issue a refund.

 

WRONG ITEM?

If the incorrect item was sent, please alert us within 5 business days and we will cross ship a replacement.

 

CUSTOM DESIGN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel current designs within 24 hours of ordering (as long as the item has not shipped) with no restocking fees.

Custom Order Terms: I always send proofs and revisions to clients until a design is agreed upon. Once the design is agreed I will then produce and ship the item. If, for some reason, no design works out for the client a %50 refund will be processed.

Concepts and designs take far more time than the actual production. Please be aware that we try very hard to make every customer happy with their purchase.

Later cancellations will be discussed with the client on a case to case basis. We will always work with you.
