Please send a return/refund request to jessie@joneslasercraft.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
You must include the following:
Order #
Name
Reason for return
Images of the item (and the shipping box if damaged in shipping)
Do you want a refund or replacement
Shipping Damages: All gifts are insured. If an item is damaged in shipping, please send an image of the item and the packaging so that we may process a claim in a timely manner.
Wrong item/size, defect?
- Please let us know if you'd like a replacement or a refund.
- Please allow 48 hours for us to process refunds.
- Because we are a made to order business we can only replace or refund items that have clear manufacturing defect.
