Shipping Damages: All gifts are insured. If an item is damaged in shipping, please send an image of the item and the packaging so that we may process a claim in a timely manner.

- Please allow 48 hours for us to process refunds.
- Because we are a made to order business we can only replace or refund items that have clear manufacturing defect.

We can cut and engrave on a number of materials. While we prefer to purchase materials ourselves (we know what cuts and engraves best!) We are always happy to work with you on items you have already purchased.

*** Like natural leather, untreated metal engraves well but does not show well at all. Also, we cannot engrave jewelry at this time.
